Reflection helps me to move forward, learn from my mistakes and to see where I need corrections. I use my journal to record my journey. I use it to look back at past experiences. It gives me reminders of what I need to be grateful for and also helps me not repeat mistakes.

Even if you are broken, broken mirrors still work. And you can find the pieces and put them back together.
