Broken. It happens.

Broken. It happens. The reflection looking at you will not be the same when you look back at it. Maybe you’re fearful, maybe you’re hurt, maybe you’re just over it. Even if you are broken, broken mirrors still work. And you can find the pieces and put them back together. You may not get all the pieces back at once but, if you pay the price it can be fully restored.

Trying to do better is just that, trying not doing. You need a strategic plan to give you the foundation needed for change. I rely on a couple of things:

The 1st is prayer, reading the Bible and daily intimate time with God.

2nd Mindfully making Healthy food/drink choices.

3rd Continuing therapy.

4th Using tools to boost my good endorphins, journaling, meditation, exercise, yoga, laughing with my family, watching a comedy and admiring nature.

5th I think about what I think about and try to combat bad thoughts with good ones but using God’s word against bad thoughts has been the most important tactic. Because It’s no longer my battle, it’s the Lords. I am so thankful to God for that type of dope partnership.
