Healthy people do COMMUNICATE. “COMMUN UH CA SHUYN” -Martin (For those of you who know, know). 😜 It is absolutely fundamental in the infrastructure of any system. A family system, a business system, church system and even ecosystems communicate.

I have learned so many lessons on the importance of communication but clearly I have not learned enough and effective immediate I will be taking notes 📝about how to communicate like a healthy person. You can never learn enough about this subject.

I am using this devotional called “Rooting out Relationship Killers” by Stephen Matthew to be the guide.

Sometimes the best was to learn to communicate is by organizing their thoughts. Some people are natural communicators, others need more work. Journaling your thoughts can help provide clarity and allow you to be better prepared to communicate hard topics. Rather than running 🏃‍♀️ from communication, practicing what you are going to say before you say it can reassure you of your validity and give you peace. Try it sometime.

Passion sparks and ignites arguments. Please remember at the end of the day we are all uniquely made and your perspective is not the only one that is right. Try not to say anything you may regret later. Easier said, then done I know. But healthy people do it.
