Enviornment and Mental health
What are you focusing on ? knowing that our environment and relationships can contribute to our mental health it’s important to be meaningful with what we focus on. Anxiety and Depression can be chemical imbalances but they can also be triggered by trauma and mental health issues. I have dealt with depression and didn’t think I could get out of it. I have also thought it would go away on it’s on. I was wrong twice.
1. There are tools and things you can do to combat depression and anxiety. It is not a terminal diagnosis but it must be managed.
2. Depression and anxiety cannot be prevented in some people. It is a mental health condition that must be acknowledged and dealt with. I tried to pray it away, sleep, shop and will it away.
